Cancellation & Refund Policy

TAKE OFF.COM believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

General Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order OR before 24 hours of booking.However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Perishable Goods

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables. However, a refund/replacement can be issued if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. Requests are subject to verification by the merchant. If a product does not meet expectations based on site images, please notify us within 2 days for review.

Warranty & Refund Processing

For products with manufacturer warranties, please refer directly to the manufacturer. For approved refunds by TAKE OFF.COM, please allow 9-15 days for the amount to be processed back to your original payment method.
